- Extract the files
- Follow the instructions given in the txt file
Philips DVP3100/79
- Open disc tray
- Press "Setup" on the remote
- Highlight "Preferences" (bottom of setup screen)
- Enter "138931" using the remote
- The current region code will now be shown
- Use up arrow button on remote to select "0" to make it multi-region
- Press "OK" on remote to confirm change
- Press "Setup" once more to leave "Setup" menu
